【摘要】 目的探讨术前肠道准备干预对经直肠前列腺穿刺术后感染控制的影响,为临床治疗和护理选择规范的前列腺穿刺术术前准备方法提供依据。方法对2007年1-12月经直肠前列腺穿刺的患者(对照组)采用回顾性调查的方法 ,分析患者术后感染的原因,对2008年1-12月前列腺穿刺患者(观察组)提出整改措施。结果 2007年35例有9例次术后发生感染,感染例次率为25.71%,2008年47例前列腺穿刺患者中仅2例次术后发生感染,感染例次率为4.26%,经χ2检验差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.95,P<0.05)。结论直肠前列腺穿刺术后感染与术前肠道准备的完善密切相关,术前规范而充分的肠道准备干预,对术后感染的预防起到了非常重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of bowel preoperative preparation on infective control in patients underwent prostate puncture,and to provide guidance for clinical treatment and nursing care.METHODS All of the patients underwent prostate puncture from Jan 2007 to Dec 2007 were selected as control group,the infective reason was analyzed by investigating restrospectively,and the for patients underwent prostate puncture from Jan 2008 to Dec 2008 with improved measures,were selected as an observation group.RESULTS Totally 9 cases of postoperative infection in 35 patients were found in 2007,of which the case infection rate was 25.71%.There were only 2 cases of postoperative infection in 47 patients in 2008,of which the case infection rate was 4.26%.The difference in case infection rates between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=7.95,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The postoperative infection in patients underwent prostate puncture is closely related to the condition of bowel preoperative preparation.Normative and sufficient bowel preparation plays an important role in the prevention of postoperative infection.更多还原
