【摘要】 目的了解新聘用临床医护人员对艾滋病认知状况,为防治艾滋病的培训提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法,对艾滋病相关知识的5个方面、24个问题进行调查。结果新聘用临床医护人员对艾滋病的一般知识知晓率均>79.09%,艾滋病的诊断治疗、HIV的传播途径、HIV的职业感染、有效的预防措施、法规职责等专业知识欠缺,医师对24个问题的应答正确率高于护理人员(P<0.01)。结论新聘用临床医护人员对艾滋病防治知识缺乏,加强新聘用医护人员艾滋病知识的培训,尽快掌握艾滋病防护知识,以适应临床工作需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the AIDS awareness situation among new employed clinical care workers,to provide the basis for training about AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge.METHODS The questiormaire survey about AIDS related knowledge including six aspects and 28 questions was used.RESULTS The ratio of new employed clinical care workers who were familiar with the general knowledge about AIDS was more than 79.09%,but they were lack of the professional knowledge about the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS,HIV transmission routes,occupational infection of HIV,effective preventive measures,legislation and responsibility.The correct response ratio of 24 doctors investigated was higher than the nursing staff(P<0.01).CONCLUSION New employed clinical care workers are lack of AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge.Training about AIDS knowledge for new employed clinical care workers should be enhanced,so as to master the AIDS prevention knowledge as soon as possible to meat the need of clinical work.更多还原
