【摘要】 目的探讨老年患者下呼吸道真菌感染的特点及危险因素。方法对2006年1月~2008年12月住院患者下呼吸道真菌感染状况进行回顾性分析。结果老年患者下呼吸道真菌感染以白色假丝酵母菌为首位,占54.2%,其次为光滑假丝酵母菌占21.3%;真菌感染发生率与住院时间长短等因素有关。结论认识老年患者下呼吸道真菌感染的危险因素,并针对性应用抗真菌药物,以提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors and characteristics of lower respiratory tract nosocomial fungal infections among aged patients.METHODS A review study of lower respiratory tract nosocomial fungal infections among aged patients from Jan 2006 to Dec 2008 in Gansu Provinceial People′s Hospital was analyzed.RESULTS Candida albicans was the main pathogen in the lower respiratory tract nosocomial fungal infections among aged patients,due to long stay in hospital,long use of antibiotics,etc.CONCLUSIONS Knowing well about the risk factors of lower respiratory tract infections and timely useing the antifungal agent will improve the treatment efficacy.更多还原
