【摘要】 目的提高手术室巡回护士和麻醉医师洗手依从性,控制医院手术室感染的发生率。方法对62名巡回护士和麻醉医师的洗手行为进行随机调查分析,找出影响其洗手依从性的因素,提出管理对策。结果通过对手术室巡回护士和麻醉医师洗手依从性影响因素的整改,操作前洗手依从率由13.53%提高到75.20%;操作后洗手依从率由33.83%提高到84.80%。结论应加强对手术室护士和麻醉医师的洗手教育、改善手术室洗手条件,提高巡回护士和麻醉医师洗手依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To improve hand-washing compliance of circuit nurse and anesthesiologist to decrease infection incidence in operating room.METHODS The behavior of hand-washing compliance among 62 circuit nurses and anesthesiologist were investigated randomly.The factors which influenced the nurse and anesthesiologist hand-washing compliance,and the countermeasures were discussed.RESULTS The hand-washing compliance rate of circuit nurse and anesthesiologist rose from 13.53% to 75.20% before medical activities and rose from 33.83% to 84.80% after medical activities by reforming the the factors of influencing hand-washing compliance.CONCLUSIONS We should enhance the hand-washing compliance among the circulating nurse and anesthesiologist by strengthing the hand-washing education for circuit nurse and anesthesiologist,improve the hand-washing condition,to prevent infection of operation due to hands pollution.更多还原
