【摘要】 目的深入了解和理解精神分裂症缓解期患者遭受歧视的心理体验及其应对方式。方法运用立意取样法和深入访谈法,对16例精神分裂症缓解期患者进行访谈,将获得的资料用Giorgi法进行分析。结果精神分裂症患者受歧视的感受包括:被他人躲避而无奈,遭到排斥而无助,被贬低而悲痛,遭遇不公平而愤恨;患者对歧视的应对方式有隐瞒病情、回避社交、试图报复社会等。结论医护人员应在治疗疾病的同时向患者提供有效的情感支持和应对歧视的指导,积极为患者营造一个宽容良好的社会环境,促进其提高生活质量和康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the experience of discrimination and coping styles of schizophrenia patients in the convalescent period. Methods Sixteen patients with schizophrenia in the convalescent period were selected by purposive sampling. The data were collected by in-depth interview and were analyzed by Giorgi’s phenomenological procedures. Results The experience of discrimination on schizophrenia patients were reluctance due to being isolated,helplessness due to being excluded,sadness due to being belittled,resentfulness due to being treated unfairly. The coping methods towards discrimination mainly included disavowing disease,fencing with sociality,trying to take revenge on society,and so on. Conclusion Medical staff should provide schizophrenia patients with effective emotional support and guidance to cope discrimination,and create a tolerance and favorable social environment to promote the patients’ rehabilitation and improve their quality of life.更多还原
