阳离子壳聚糖在卷烟纸抄造中的应用研究

【摘要】 以壳聚糖(CTS)和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为主要原料制备了水溶性的2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HTCC),研究了HTCC对卷烟纸浆料的Zeta电位、细小组分留着率、灰分留着率、卷烟纸透气度及其抗张强度的影响。结果表明,在取代度为0.5,HTCC用量达到1 mg/g时,细小组分留着率达到85.2%,灰分留着率达到22.7%。同时,对HTCC和瓜尔胶助留效果进行了比较,在HTCC加入量为0.5 mg/g时,灰分留着率达到28.5%,留着效果好于瓜尔胶(17.3%)。

【Abstract】 Water-soluble chitosan quarter ammonium,N-[(2-hydroxy-3-trimethylammonium) propyl] chitosan chloride(HTCC),was synthesized by using chitosan(CTS) and 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride(ETA) as the main raw materials,and the effects of dosage of HTCC on the Zeta potential,retention of fines fraction,retention of ash content,air permeability and tensile strength of the cigarette paper were explored.The results showed that when the dosage of HTCC whose degree of substitution was 0.5,was 1 mg/g,the retention of fines fraction was 85.2% and the retention of ash content was 22.7%.The ash retention could reach to 28.5% and 17.3% by using HTCC and guar gum respectively when their dosages were the same of 0.5mg/g.
