碱性H2O2处理对杨木P-RC APMP电荷特性的影响
Effect of Alkaline Peroxide Treatment on the Charge Characteristics of Aspen P-RC APMP
【摘要】 研究了杨木P-RC APMP在制浆过程中碱性H2O2处理对浆料电荷特性的影响,探讨了酸性基团的引入对纤维润胀及磨浆性能的影响。结果表明,随着NaOH和H2O2用量的增加、处理温度的提高以及处理时间的延长,浆料的羧基含量、表面电荷以及可溶解电荷均呈增加的趋势。在NaOH用量2%、H2O2用量3%、温度80℃的条件下处理90min,P-RC APMP浆料的羧基含量和表面电荷分别增加了31%和25%。纤维电荷的增加有利于纤维润胀能力的提高以及磨浆性能的改善。研究同时发现,磨浆作用会明显增加浆料的表面电荷量,但对浆料的羧基含量影响不大。
【Abstract】 The effects of alkaline peroxide treatment on the charge characteristics of aspen P-RC APMP were studied in this paper,and the influence of the production of new acid groups on the swelling and refinability of the pulp was also evaluated.The results showed that the carboxyl content,surface charge,and dissolved charge of the pulp increased with increasing sodium hydroxide,peroxide,elevating the reaction temperature and extending the reaction time.The carboxyl content and surface charge of P-RC APMP fiber increased 31% and 25% respectively when the dosages of NaOH and H2O2 were 2% and 3%,the reaction time and temperature were 90 min and 80℃ respectively.The increased charge groups in the pulp were beneficial to the fiber swelling and pulp refinability.It was also found that refining could result in the increase of the fiber surface charge,but had no significant effect on the carboxyl content of the pulp.
