【摘要】 目的:研究针灸对结肠癌肝转移患者免疫功能的影响。方法:60例经病理和影像学诊断明确的结肠癌肝转移患者,采用针灸治疗。针刺取足三里、三阴交、内关、上巨虚、合谷、太溪、太冲、阴陵泉、阳陵泉等穴位;艾灸取神阙、关元、气海、足三里穴。在治疗前后用流式细胞仪检测CD₃、CD₄、CD₈ T细胞和自然杀伤（NK）细胞的数量变化。结果:治疗后T细胞亚群CD₃、CD₄、CD₈和NK细胞的数量变化较治疗前均有明显的升高,具有统计学意义。结论:针灸可以提高结肠癌肝转移病人的免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of acupuncture on the immune function of patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis.Methods Sixty cases with colorectal cancer liver metastasis confirmed by pathology and ma-geology diagnosis were treated with acupuncture.Zusanli（ST 36）,Sanyinjiao（SP 6）,Neiguan（PC 6）,Shangjuxu （ST 37）,Hegu（LI 4）,Taixi（KI 3）,Taichong（LR 3）,Yinlingquan（SP 9）,Yanglingquan（GB 34）,etc.were selected for acupuncture,and Shenque（CV 8）,Guanyuan（CV 4）,Qihai（CV 6）,Zusanli（ST 36） were selected for moxibustion.The changes of CD₃,CD₄,CD₈ T cells and NK cells in value were examined with flow cytometry before and after treatment.Results The value of T lymphocyte subsets such as CD₃,CD₄ and CD₈,as well as NK cells were obviously increased after treatment,and there were significant differences between them before and after treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the immune function of patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis.更多还原
