【摘要】 目的:观察不同类型的烤瓷冠对牙周组织的影响。方法:对352颗临床上常用的七种不同类型的烤瓷冠(镍铬合金烤瓷冠、镍铬镀金烤瓷冠、钴铬烤瓷冠、钛合金烤瓷冠、纯钛烤瓷冠、金合金烤瓷冠、全瓷冠)修复1年后的牙龈变化、牙龈出血指数(GBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PD)进行检测,并与对侧或相邻近的健康天然牙进行对照。结果:镍铬合金烤瓷冠出现明显牙龈变化9/51;其中5例出现龈缘黑线;与健康牙和其他烤瓷牙相比,差异显著(P<0.05);镍铬合金烤瓷冠GBI、PLI、PDL分别增加了0.45、0.53、0.17,镍铬镀金烤瓷冠GBI增加了0.05,与健康牙相比均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:镍铬合金烤瓷冠对牙龈和牙周健康有明显影响,做烤瓷牙修复时应尽量采用处理措施或采用其他高耐腐蚀性材料和贵金属材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of different types of porcelain crown on periodontal tissue.Methods:352 commonly used different types of porcelain crown(Nickel chromium alloy,Nickel chrome plated porcelain crown,Cobalt chromium,Titanium porcelain crown,Titanium,Gold alloy,All-ceramic crown)were observed on the changes in the gums,the gingival bleeding index(GBI),plaque index(PLI)and the pocket depth(PD)after one year.Results:The Nickel chromium alloy porcelain crowns was significantly changed in the gum 9/51(17.30%);of which 5 cases expressed black lines of gingival margin;and had significant difference(P<0.05);Nickel-chromium alloy porcelain crown GBI PLI PDL increased by 0.45 0.53 and 0.17,Nickel chrome plated porcelain crown GBI increase 0.04,compared with healthy teeth were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Nickel chromium alloy porcelain crown had bad effect on gingival and periodontal tissue.The high-corrosion-resistant materials and precious metals should be adopted to be applied on clinical.更多还原
