不同施氮处理对烤烟生长和植物碱积累的影响

【摘要】 采用田间试验、营养诊断与化学分析等方法,研究了2种氮肥优化措施对烟株氮素吸收和总植物碱积累规律的影响。结果表明,根据烟株最新平展叶硝酸根浓度诊断结果或根据烟株吸氮规律,决定氮肥施用量和施用时间,比常规措施减少施氮量20%~30%;调整氮肥施用时期,对烟株不同时期生物量积累的影响较小,但能够保证烟株在旺长期对氮素的吸收,明显减少烟株后期对氮素的吸收与积累,降低烟株总植物碱的合成与积累量,烤后烟叶内在化学成分较适宜。根据烟株氮素营养诊断推荐施氮,或根据烟株吸氮规律推荐施氮,均可减少烟株后期吸氮和降低总植物碱积累,同时能够保证烟叶品质。

【Abstract】 Effects of applying nitrogen fertilizer on nitrogen uptake and total alkaloids accumulation in flue-cured tobacco were investigated.Results showed that nitrogen amount can be reduced by 20%~30% by regulating nitrogen rates in different periods based either on nitrate diagnosis with uppermost fully expanded leaf or nitrogen absorbing characteristics in different growth stages.No significant difference in tobacco biomass accumulation in various growth periods was observed.However,nitrogen uptake and accumulation in leaves and stems decreased significantly in latter growth period and total alkaloids content and accumulation decreased.As a result,chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves were in suitable ranges.It was applicable to regulate total alkaloids and chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leaves.Therefore,tobacco leaf production can be properly managed through optimizing nitrogen fertilizer input based on rapid nitrate testing or nitrogen absorbing characteristics.
