猕猴肠侵袭型大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及其毒力因子基因的检测

【摘要】 2010年5月从四川省某猕猴养殖场急性腹泻猕猴肠道内分离出4株致病性大肠杆菌,并对其进行了16SrDNA扩增、生化反应、血清型鉴定、药敏试验以及毒力因子基因的分子生物学检测。结果显示,该菌株血清型为O28;药敏试验证实该菌对多种抗生素具有抗性,并且呈现多重耐药性;攻毒试验证实该菌能够导致小白鼠大量死亡;多重PCR成功检测出侵袭性大肠杆菌的Einv毒力基因。确定该病原菌为肠侵袭型大肠杆菌,而且毒力很强。

【Abstract】 Four Escherichia coli strains were isolated from Macaca mulatta with severe diarrhea on a farm in Sichuan Province in May,2010.Identification of the isolated strains was conducted by detecting 16S rDNA,biochemical reaction,serological test,drug sensitivity test and detecting toxicity gene by molecular biological method.The serotype of these bacteria was O 28 identified by serological test.In drug sensitivity test,the strains showed multidrug resistance,and they could cause mouse to death.Einv gene was detected successfully in the strains by multi-PCR.These results showed that these clinical isolates were virulent enteroinvasive E.coli.
