非住院结核病人医院内外一体化用药教育的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨医院内外一体化用药教育对非住院结核病患者用药知识、信念、行为及用药有效性、安全性的影响。方法:抽取门诊结核病患者124例,教育前后对患者用药知识、信念、行为及药物不良反应发生例次数进行测量和统计。结果:教育后患者用药知识、信念、行为分别提高14.7分、3.0分和1.7分,与教育前比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01),教育第三阶段药物不良反应发生例次数减少(P<0.05)。结论:医院内外一体化用药教育能增加患者的用药知识,促进其树立正确的用药信念,建立遵医用药行为,是提高患者用药有效性、安全性的有效措施。更多还原
