【摘要】 基于金融危机之际,许多企业处于停产、半停产状态,从国家启动宏观调控加大投资的力度所带来的机遇出发,将我国资源短缺与环境污染问题进行归纳分类,应生态伦理与可持续发展的目标要求,就生产和生活以及制度方面的生态考虑,通过对传统的循环经济的视野拓展,采用规范分析与实证分析相结合的方法,从而创新性地设计了三维循环经济模型,并论证了如何达到洁净生产与洁净生活的现代生态环境,进而形成无污染无公害的生态伦理相结合的和谐社会的模式。更多还原
