【摘要】 补充耕地按等级折算研究工作能够解决我国耕地占补平衡工作中"占多补少,占优补劣"的问题,但折算系数在实际应用过程中还存在一些问题。该文针对耕地等别差异大、地类没区分、查询等级不易、补充耕地等别难确定和后备资源不足等几个方面问题进行探讨,提出了解决方案,为推进我国耕地占补平衡的实施提供了理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Supplementary cultivated land by class conversion can solve the problems existing in the work of farmland requisition-compensation that quantity and quality of compensated land is poorer than that of requisition. Currently,there are still some problems existing in application of the conversion coefficients. Aiming at the problems such as big differences in cultivated land class,making no distinction in land types,querying land class difficult,difficult determination in supplementary land class,and shortage of reserve resources and so on,this paper proposed solution methods which can provide theoretical basis for the implementation of the balance of farmland requisition-compensation.更多还原
