【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜联合支撑喉镜下电离子手术治疗声带息肉及声带小结。方法回顾分析采用直径5 mm、30°腹腔镜联合支撑喉镜下应用电离子手术切除声带息肉和声带小结患者78例(声带息肉41例,声带小结37例,其中单侧病变29例,双侧病变49例)。结果所有病例手术完成顺利,3例术后有软腭局部瘀血。术后1个月,声带小结和声带息肉患者痊愈分别为94.6%(35/37)、92.7%(38/41),好转分别为5.4%(2/37)、7.3%(3/41)。术后随访3～6个月,平均3.8个月,未见复发病例。结论该方法治疗声带息肉及声带小结视野清晰,操作简便,精确度高,损伤小,效果良好,具有较好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate the application of laparoscopy and suspension laryngoscopy for the treatment of vocal polyp and vocal nodules with GX-Ⅲ type multi-purpose ion operating apparatus.【Methods】A 5 mm di-ameter,30° laparoscopy and suspension laryngoscopy were used in removal of vocal polyp and vocal nodules with GX-Ⅲ type Multi-purpose electric ion operating apparatus(29 had single side and 49 had bilateral lesions).78 pa-tients were reviewed: 41 polyps,37 nodules.【Results】The surgery was completed smoothly in all cases.Soft palate mucosal injuries were observed in 3 cases.Patients with vocal nodules and vocal polyp had a recovery rate respec-tively 94.6%(35/37),92.7%(38/41),improvement rate 5.4%(2/37),7.3%(3/41) after one month.The mean follow-up period was 3.8 months(range 3~6 months).No recrudesce cases were noted.【Conclusions】This method can be used to manage vocal polyp and vocal nodules with clear vision,simple procedure,high precision,less damage to normal tissues and effective result.It has a good application value.更多还原
