【摘要】 文章提出了科学基金项目资助指数和科学基金项目资助强度评估方法。考察评估和比较分析了2008年度中国与其他五大科技强国科学基金项目资助指数,自然科学20个学科科学基金项目资助指数分布特点,主要分支学科科学基金项目资助指数分布特点。对于建立科研投入总体绩效评估理论和方法,考察评估科学共同体科学基金项目资助强度现状,科研投入的学科分布与主要热点,以及科研投入的重复资助问题都具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper puts forward the evaluation method for the fund index and fund intensity of the scientific foundation projects.The fund index of scientific and technology,its distribution characteristic in the 20 subjects and the main branch field among China and the another five countries were comparatively analyzed and evaluated.The findings derived from the study will be the important references to build the theory and method for evaluation the holistic performance,to examine the intensity,characteristics and status of fund for the scientific foundation projects,and to discover the subject distribution,the focus,and the repetition funding of the scientific investment for the scientific community.更多还原
