采煤机3DVR平台三维建模技术研究

【摘要】 以MG900/2210-WD交流电牵引采煤机为例,研究了采煤机3DVR数字化信息平台中的采煤机实时绘制和加速等三维建模关键技术。在传统边折叠算法的基础上,提出一种基于半边压缩的层次细节模型(LOD)的网格简化改进算法,建立了相应的半边压缩顺序的选择策略和误差度量方法;选择压缩到边的某个顶点,省去为确定压缩后产生的新顶点位置而进行复杂的运算和存储,降低了计算新顶点所需的时间和存储空间.结果表明:该算法能够满足采煤机3DVR数字化信息平台实时图形绘制的要求,实现了高效、无损且有连续分辨率的编码.在HP Worksta-tionZ800工作站上建立简化率为65%的模型时,所需的时间为原始模型生成时间的46%.

【Abstract】 Taking the MG900/2210-WD alternating current electrical haulage shearer as an example to study the key technologies of real-time graphics rendering and accelerating for three-dimensional virtual reality(3DVR) digital information platform of shearer.An improved algorithm for 3D real-time level of detail rendering of shearer based on half-collapse was proposed.The selection strategy of collapsing edge and erroneous measurement were established.The time and space overhead needed to calculate the new vertex was saved because the selected edge was collapsed into one of its two vertices,which was unnecessary to recalculate the position of a new vertex after edge collapsing.The results show that the demands of real-time graphics rendering for 3DVR digital information platform of shearer are met well.An efficient and lossless coding with multi-resolution was realized.When the simplification percentage of a model established in a HP Workstation Z800 reaches 65%,the time required to generate is reduced by 46%.
