【摘要】 国家自然科学基金委员会联合日本学术振兴会、韩国科学与工程基金会,构建了中日韩区域科技合作的A3前瞻计划合作机制。其工作主要包括:召开亚洲研究理事会主席会议,举办东北亚科学论坛,并联合资助三国科学家在选定前沿领域开展实质性合作研究。通过A3前瞻计划合作机制的建立和实施,促进了亚洲区域科技合作,提高了自主创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 National Natural Science Foundation of China,Japan Society for the Promotion of Science,and Korea Science and Engineering Foundation jointly established the regional collaboration mechanism among China,Japan and Korea. The mechanism include to jointly organize the Meeting of the Heads of Research Council in Asia (A-HORCs),to jointly hold the Northeastern Asia Symposium,and to jointly support the substantial cooperation in selected frontier science among three countries. Through the establishment and implementation of the collaboration mechanism of A3 Foresight Program,promoting the regional scientific cooperation in Asia,and enhancing the innovation capability.更多还原
