【摘要】 目的探讨山东省沂蒙山区≥95岁老年人的长寿因素,为促进人群健康长寿提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查及成组病例-对照研究设计,对650名长寿老年人及571名非长寿老年人进行调查,采用非条件Logistic回归分析筛选长寿的影响因素,并通过计算长寿的遗传度,分析长寿的遗传倾向。结果与长寿有关的正向因素有父亲高寿(OR=1.929,95%CI=1.053~3.531)、生育子女数较多(OR=1.319,95%CI=1.209~1.438)、性格外向(OR=3.204,95%CI=1.446~7.101)、健康很少生病(OR=2.832,95%CI=1.975~4.060),与长寿有关的负向因素有兄弟姊妹较多(OR=0.317,95%CI=0.509~0.749)、饮酒(OR=0.996,95%CI=0.994~0.999);长寿遗传度为21.98%。结论长寿是多因子性状,遗传因素起重要作用,良好的环境和健康的生活习惯与行为方式也有利于长寿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore related factors of longevity(≥95 years old) in Yimeng mountain area of Shandong and to provide evidence for health promotion and prolongation of life.Methods Non-matching case-control study was conducted.A total of 650 longevity cases and 571 controls were inquired about their personal and family information.Unconditional logistic regression was performed for exploring related factors of longevity and odds ratio(OR value) was employed to express the association between longevity and influencing factors quantitatively.Besides,heritability of longevity was calculated.Results Multivariant unconditional logistic regression analysis indicated that the longevity of father,number of siblings,number of children,alcohol intake,out-going,and health were significantly associated with longevity,and their OR values were 1.929,0.317,1.319,0.996,3.204,2.832,respectively,(P<0.05 for all).The heritability was 21.98%.Conclusion Longevity is affected by multiple factors and it is relative to not only heredity but also good environment,healthy life and behavior style.更多还原
