【摘要】 目的应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价心肌梗死患者左室壁心肌收缩运动异常情况。方法选取心肌梗死患者40例及正常对照组40例,应用QTVI技术测量左心室侧壁、前间隔、前壁、下壁、后间隔、后壁的心肌组织运动的收缩期峰值运动速度(Vs),比较心肌梗死组及正常组的差异,并进行统计学分析。结果心肌梗死患者组收缩期峰值速度低于正常组,二者有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 QTVI为有效的定量评价心肌梗死患者左室壁心肌运动异常的一种准确实用的新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate abnormal contractive movements of the left ventricular wall in patients with myocardial infarction by quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI).Methods There were two groups:patients with myocardial infarction (n=40) and healthy subjects(n=40).QTVI was performed in patients with myocardial infarction and healthy subjects.The systolic peak velocities(Vs) were measured at six left ventricular walls(lateral wall,anterior septum,anterior wall,inferior wall,posterior septum,posterior wall) with QTVI software.The parameters of left ventricular wall were averaged and compared with those in normal group.Results The Vs in group of myocardial infarction were significantly lower than in normal group(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusions QTVI can be a new and practical method to actively assess the left ventricular wall systolic movement in patients with myocardial infarction qantitatively.更多还原
