经胸高频超声对实验兔心室结构及功能检测研究

【摘要】 目的应用高频超声测定幼兔及成兔即未成熟心肌与成熟心肌的心室结构及功能的变化。方法应用M型超声、脉冲多普勒及组织多普勒,检测两组兔的各项心功能指标,即心室的舒张及收缩功能,包括心室质量(LVM),每搏量(SV),射血分数(EF),短轴缩短率(FS),二尖瓣口舒张早期峰值速度(E)及舒张晚期峰值速度(A),二尖瓣瓣环舒张早期速度(Ea)和舒张晚期速度(Aa)及心肌做工指数(IMP)等指标。结果与成兔比较,幼兔的心肌顺应性减低,舒张功能异常,收缩功能正常。结论高频超声可以评价兔的未成熟与成熟心肌的心室结构及功能的改变。

【Abstract】 Objective To find the changes of the left ventricular function and morphology between immature myocardium in infant rabbits and mature myocardium in adult rabbits by transthoracic high frequency ultrasonography. Methods The left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions including left ventricular mass (LVM), stroke volume (SV), left ventricular ejection fraction (EF), left ventricular fractional shortening (LVFS), mitral valve flow spectrum (E, A), early and late diastolic peak velocity of mitral annulus (Ea, Aa) and index of myocardial performance (IMP) were acquired in the above two groups by M-mode echocardiography, pulsed Doppler and Doppler tissue imaging. Results Compared with adult rabbits, decreasing myocardial compliance, abnormal diastolic function and normal systolic function were observed in infant rabbits. Conclusions The high frequency ultrasonography can be used to evaluate the left ventricular function and morphology between the immature myocardium and the mature myocardium.
