【摘要】 目的交叉对比分析瑞格列奈和格列齐特-Ⅱ的动态血糖图谱,观察比较血糖漂移幅度。方法2型糖尿病患者52例,分别应用瑞格列奈或格列齐特-Ⅱ。采用交叉设计,交叉前后分别予动态血糖监测72h。以用瑞格列奈为研究组,用格列齐特-Ⅱ为对照组,对比分析两组血糖漂移幅度。结果经2周洗脱期、8周剂量调整期、2周剂量维持期后的结果显示,研究组比对照组血糖控制更平稳,动态血糖图谱表现为血糖波动系数小,低血糖发生次数少,低血糖时间比值低(P<0.01)。餐后血糖峰值低(P<0.05)。结论应用瑞格列奈比应用格列齐特-Ⅱ可以减少血糖漂移幅度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the glycemic excursion amplitude by cross-comparative analysis of the dynamic blood glucose map of repaglinide and gliclazide-Ⅱ. Methods A random and crossover trial was designed,the(CGMS) data of 52 Type 2 diabetic patients obtained by the continuous glucose monitoring system were analyzed and the glycemic excursion was compared in the patients treated with repaglinide or gliclazide. Results The results after 2-week wash-out,8-week dose adjustment and two-week dose maintenance showed that the frequency of hypoglycemia and the amplitude of glycemic excursion were remarkably decreased in the group treated with repaglinide compared with the group treated with gliclazide(P<0.01). Conclusion Glycemic excursion is effectively improved in type 2 diabetic patients treated with repaglinide.更多还原
