【摘要】 目的通过对成都市龙泉驿区2004～2008年的孕产妇死亡原因与健康教育相关性分析,提出今后工作的对策及建议。方法回顾分析2004～2008年成都市龙泉驿区各医疗卫生单位和乡镇上报的共9例孕产妇死亡的资料,随机抽取该区同年度安全分娩的15名孕产妇作对照。结果同年度死亡和安全生产孕产妇对比,在年龄、文化程度、孕产次数和经济状况等方面有统计学意义(P<0.05);在产前检查次数和孕期并发症等方面有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);在户籍和居住地方面无统计学意义(P>0.05)。从孕期健康教育方面分析,在是否参加孕妇学校和接受乡村妇幼保健宣教方面有统计学意义(P<0.05);在家中有无电视和是否订阅了保健报刊等方面无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孕期健康教育是降低孕产妇死亡的重要手段,需要全民素质的提高、卫生部门的努力、孕妇自身和家庭的积极参与。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the relationship between the causes of maternal mortality and health education according to the analysis of past five years in this area,to put forward its countermeasures and suggestions.Methods According to the medical and health units in our region and towns,9 cases of maternal deaths reported and 15 cases of safe delivered pregnant women randomly selected were analyzed and compared.Results The maternal age,education,motherhood of death,safe pregnant women and economic conditions,the difference were significant(P<0.05),the frequency of prenatal examination,prenatal complications and prenatal care with statistical significance(P<0.01)but the domicile and place of residence was no statistical significance(P>0.05).From the analysis of health education on pregnancy,whether to participate in pregnant schools or to receive rural maternal and child health education had a statistically significant(P<0.05),while the availability of TV at home and whether to subscribe to newspapers on health care were no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Health education during pregnancy in maternal systems management occupies a very important position;we need to promote the citizen’s quality,medical and health departments’ efforts,her family and her own active participation also needed.更多还原
