【摘要】 目的探讨奥美拉唑、伊托必利和铝镁加联合治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将53例反流性食管炎患者随机分为对照组(26例)和观察组(27例),对照组予口服奥美拉唑、伊托必利等综合治疗,观察组在对照组综合治疗的基础上加服铝镁加混悬液15mL,3次/d,于治疗8周后复查胃镜,观察镜下治愈率。结果对照组内镜下治愈率为65.4%,观察组内镜下治愈率为92.6%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口服奥美拉唑、伊托必利等综合治疗的基础上,加服铝镁加能提高反流性食管炎的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of Omeprazole combined with Itopride and Almagate in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods Fifty-three cases of reflux exsophagitis were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=27)and control group(n=26).Both groups were given Omeprazole and Itopride,and Almagate suspension was added to the observation group(n=27)15m(l3 times a day),and at the end of 8-week treatment,the curative rate was rechecked by endoscope.Results The curative rate under endoscope was 65.4% in the control group and 92.6% in the observation group,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was significan(tP<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with Itopride and Almagate can effectively improve the curative effect in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.更多还原
