动态矩阵控制在网络时延补偿中的应用研究
Research on Application of Dynamic Matrix Control(DMC) in Compensation of Time Delay in Network
【摘要】 在网络控制系统中,随机传输时延大大降低了系统的控制性能,并导致系统的不稳定。针对以太网在网络控制系统中的随机传输时延问题,提出了一种基于DMC的NCS时延补偿控制方案。该方案采用DMC算法设计控制器,同时通过网络时延补偿器和动态缓冲器整定控制量,使系统输出能迅速跟踪突变输入。利用TureTime工具箱进行仿真实验,结果证明了该算法在处理网络控制系统的时延问题时具有有效性和可行性。
【Abstract】 In networked control systems(NCS),random transmission delay significantly degrades the control performance of the system,and causes instability of the system.The random transmission delay of Ethernet in networked control system is researched,and the compensation strategy of time delay based on DMC for NCS is proposed.In this strategy,the controller is designed by using DMC algorithm,and the control quantity is tuned through network delay compensator and dynamic buffer,to make output of the system trace the sudden change of input rapidly.The simulation experiment is conducted by adopting toolbox of TureTime;the result verifies that the algorithm offers effectiveness and feasibility for processing delay of the networked control system.
