【摘要】 随着项目逐渐增多、资金量逐年增加,加强单位预算管理显得尤其重要。文章引入"投入—产出"管理效益理念,针对如何加强单位预算管理,提出了进一步提高对基层单位预算管理的认识,建立、完善内部控制制度,强化预算管理的责任、做好预算编制工作、强化预算约束,增加预算执行的透明度、定期检查内部控制制度的执行情况、加强项目成果管理、转化等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the management benefit idea of "Input-Output";and in terms of strengthening budget management,it is suggested that the methods should be:further improving the understanding of budget management,establishing and perfecting the internal control system,intensifying budget management responsibility and concentrating on budgeting work,increasing the transparency of budget execution,checking on the implementation of the internal control system on a regular basis,managing and transfer the project achievements.更多还原
