PLC控制的变频调速定位伺服系统
PLC-controlled Frequency Conversion Location Servo System
【摘要】 针对某公司对于一机器的执行动作要求,设计了一套由伺服电机、伺服驱动器、交流电机、变频器、PLC等组成的变频调速定位伺服系统。通过伺服系统来完成电机的精确定位,准确地完成所要求的动作。系统根据交流电机的运转速度来确定伺服电机的运转速度,实现变频调速。
【Abstract】 A frequency conversion location servo system composed of servo motor, servo driver, AC motor, inverter and PLC is designed according to a company’s requirements of the action of a machine.The accurate locations of motor and required actions are completed through servosystem.The running speed is confirmed and frequency conversion is implemented according to the running speed of AC motor.
