【摘要】 首报1例皮肤嗜人瘤蝇蛆病。方法取寄生虫及感染处皮损分别行寄生虫鉴定和病理检查,行取虫体和抗过敏治疗观察。结果寄生虫鉴定为嗜人瘤蝇三期幼虫;病理检查:真皮全层血管周围大量淋巴细胞浸润,其间混杂少量嗜酸性粒细胞;取出虫体后抗过敏治疗有效。结论国内首例输入性皮肤嗜人瘤蝇蛆病。更多还原

【Abstract】 To report the first case of cutaneous myiasis of Cordylobia anthropophaga. Methods Parasite appreciation, histopathologic examination and clinical treatment were carried out in a male patient, who had cutaneous myiasis of Cordylobia anthropophaga. Result Parasite appreciation identified as the third-stage larva of the Cordylobia anthropophaga. Histopathologic examination of cutaneous lesions demonstrated around the micrangium in the dermis had a lot of the lymphocyte,in the middle of this cells there has some eosinophile granulocytes. Conclusion A case of imputed cutaneous myiasis of Cordylobia anthropophaga was first reported.更多还原
