【摘要】 目的探讨神经外科术后颅内感染的治疗体会。方法对32例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 27例患者治疗效果较好,继发脑干损伤脑干功能衰竭死亡患者1例,多脏器功能衰竭死亡患者1例,脑水肿合并肺部感染死亡患者1例。2例患者因经济原因放弃治疗。结论在积极治疗患者原发病的基础上,静脉使用抗生素并进行脑脊液引流及置换治疗,加强营养支持治疗,做好预防工作,可降低术后颅内感染的发病率和病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the neurosurgical treatment ofintracranial infection after surgery.Methods On the clinical data of 32 patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Better treatment of 27 patients,secondary brain stem injury in patients with brain stem failure and death in 1 case,multiple organ failure in patients with one case of death,death of brain edema in patients with pulmonary infection in 1 case.2 patients abandoned treatment because of economic reasons.Conclusion Patients with primary disease in the active treatment based on intravenous antibiotics and drainage of cerebrospinal fluid and replacement therapy to enhance nutritional support treatment,preventive measures can reduce the incidence of postoperative intracranial infection and mortality.更多还原
