【摘要】 目的探讨早期干预对早产低出生体重儿神经行为能力的影响。方法把120例早产低出生体重儿随机分为两组,60例观察组在一般治疗基础上进行早期干预,60例对照组给予一般治疗,通过对两组新生儿进行神经行为能力的动态测定,探讨早期干预对早产低出生体重儿神经行为能力的影响。结果干预组在28d时总评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期干预能很好地促进早产低出生体重儿神经系统发育和改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate influence of the early intervention on neurobehavioral act of premature infants with low weight.Methods 120 cases of low weight premature infants were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases of the observation group was given general treatment and early intervention,60 cases of control group was given general treatment,carried out the dynamic determination of neurobehavioral act on low weight premature infants.Results After 28 days later,the total score of intervention group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).
