【摘要】 目的制备雌酮人工抗原。方法采用碳化二亚胺法将雌酮半抗原与载体蛋白牛血清清蛋白连接制备免疫耦联物,用紫外分光光度法测定耦联率,并测定兔抗体血清效价。结果测得耦联率比为12:1,血清抗体效价为6.4×103。结论该方法简便、结果准确可靠,可应用于雌酮免疫原合成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare artificial antigen of estrone. Methods Esterone as a hapten was linked with bovine serum albumin to prepare the immune conjugates by carbodimide method,and rate of linking was detected with UV spectrophtometer to determine the serum antibody effective value. Results The coupling ratio was tested as 12:1 and the rabbits serum antibody effective value was determined as 6.4×103. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which could be applied for the preparation of artificial antigen of estrone.更多还原
