【摘要】 目的探讨肛周脓肿的高频超声诊断价值。方法应用高频线阵探头检查可疑肛周脓肿患者67例,并与手术结果或出院诊断对比。结果超声诊断肛周脓肿65例,皮脂腺囊肿2例,与病理完全相符。结论临床怀疑肛周脓肿患者应首选高频超声检查,高频超声检查诊断率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of the high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of perianal abscess. Methods 67 cases with suspected perianal abscess had preoperative examination by high-frequency linear array ultrasound,and their results were compared with those of operation. Results 65 cases perianal abscessand 2 case of sebaceous cyst diagnosed by ultrasound were confirmed by pathology.Conclusion High-frequency linear array ultrasound has great value on the diagnosis of perianal abscess. patients with Suspensive perianal abscess should be detected by high-frequency ultrasound first.更多还原
