【摘要】 目的总结内镜治疗上消化道异物的操作经验及体会。方法回顾性分析我院2000年6月—2009年6月期间诊治的291例上消化道异物患者进行内镜处理异物的情况。结果 287例成功取出,未出现严重并发症,治疗成功率98.6%.结论内镜治疗上消化道异物具有安全、简便、经济、成功率高、患者痛苦少、创伤小等优点。上消化道异物一旦确诊,又无内镜检查禁忌证者,均应积极行内镜处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of gastroscope treatment for superior alimentary canal foreign bodies. Methods Analysis was conducted as regards the result of treating 291 cases with upper digestive tract foreign objects by endoscope form Jun.2000 to Jun.2009 in our hospital. Results In 291 patients 287 cases were successfully to be taken out the foreign bodies. The success rate is 98.6%.and none serious complications occurred. Conclusion Endoscopic treatment for superior alimentary canal foreign bodies is a safe,simple and economical method. It is advantage also includes high success rate and little pain and hurt,et al. The upper digestive tract foreign objects could be extracted by using endoscope without any contraindication.更多还原
