【摘要】 目的对两台ATLAS尿液分析仪的两种室内质控结果进行分析比较。方法在两台ATLAS上同时做四个质控,把结果登记后进行分析。结果两种质控的阴性值与靶值比对符合率为97%～100%,博乐质控阳性值与靶值比对符合率为90%～100%,ATLAS原装质控阳性值与靶值比对符合率为0%～100%;B机与A机比对博乐质控阴性、阳性值符合率为84～100%,ATLAS原装质控阴性、阳性值符合率为77～100%.结论博乐质控品定值准确,重复性好,稳定性高,可比性强,适用于室内质控的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To carry on the analysis comparison about the result of two ATLAS urine analyzers’internal quality control.Methods Four quality controls done in Two ATLAS at the same time,after results registration,the analysis was carried on.Results Two quality control the negative value and the target value were compared to in line with the rate of 97%～100%,the Bole quality control the positive value and the target value compared to was the 90%～100%,ATLAS original positive value and the target value to compares to in line with the rate of 0%～100%;B machine and A machine compared to controls the negative,the positive value rate to the Bole was the 84%～100%,ATLAS original quality controls the negative,the positive value in line with the rate of 77%～100%.Conclusion The value of Bole quality control was accurate,reproducible,stable high-qualitative,comparability,and is suitable for the development of internal quality control.更多还原
