【摘要】 目的评价开放式和腹腔镜无张力疝修补术的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2005年5月—2009年8月期间开放式无张力疝修补术和腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术的临床资料,对比2组手术时间、住院时间和并发症发生情况。结果与无张力组相比,腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术手术时间长,住院费用高(P>0.05),但术后疼痛轻、恢复快、正常活动早、住院时间短和切口满意度高(P<0.01),2组在并发症、复发率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论完全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP)安全可靠、恢复快及美容效果好,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of open techniques and laparoscopic techniques in inguinal hernia repair.Methods we retrospectively reviewed the patients undergoing the two different inguinal hernia repair operations between May 2005 and August 2009.The operation time,hospital stay and complicatoins were compared and analysed. Results The mean operation time in TEP group was significantly longer than that in open group(P<0.05),and the average cost for surgery in TEP group was significant higher than that in open group(P<0.05).However,in TEP group the patients got less pains,recovered earlier,returned normal activity earlier(P<0.05),had less hospital stay,had cosmetic benefits(P<0.01),there were not significant differences about complications,and relapse rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TEP should be used widely because of safety of operation,quickly recovery and cosmetic benefits.更多还原
