【摘要】 目的探讨高频彩超对小儿阴囊急症的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析近年来我院用高频彩超检查的86例小儿阴囊急症病例。结果在本组病例中,急性睾丸炎30例,占34.8%;急性附睾炎21例,占24.4%;睾丸扭转19例,占22.1%;睾丸附件扭转11例,占12.8%;创伤5例,占5.8%.采用手术或保守治疗均治愈,无任何并发症。结论高频彩超具有方便无创、准确率高等优点,是小儿阴囊急症首选可靠的检查方法,可为临床选择正确的治疗方案,提供有价值的诊断依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in children with the diagnosis of acute scrotum desease. Methods Retrospective analyzed 86 cases of acute scrotum in children with high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound examination.Results In this group of cases,30 cases of acute orchitis,accounting for 34.8%. 21 cases of acute epididymitis,accounting for 24.4%. 19 cases of testicular torsion,accounting for 22.1%. 11 cases of testicular torsion attachment,accounting for 12.8%.5 cases of trauma,accounted for 5.8%.They were treated with surgery or conservative treatment,and cured without any complications.Conclusion High-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography with facilitate non-invasive and reliable is a prefered method of examination and the correct selection for the clinical treatment provided an important basis for the diagnosis.更多还原
