【摘要】 目的:探讨立体定向治疗高血压脑出血的疗效及其特点。方法:对92例高血压脑出血患者应用CT引导行立体定向微创穿刺术治疗,分析手术疗效。结果:92例患者中治愈或好转75例(81.52%),无死亡病例,随访3个月至5年,良好率为46.07%,轻残率为30.34%,重残率为23.59%。结论:CT引导行立体定向微创穿刺术治疗高血压脑出血,手术创伤极小,操作简单,用时短,并发症少,高龄、身体条件差的病人也能耐受手术。本研究认为立体定向技术是治疗高血压脑出血的有效手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :Researoh on the Stereotactic treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, stereotactic minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its characteristics.Methods:92 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage CT guided stereotactic minimally invasive puncture-line treatment, surgical treatment of their analysis.Results:92 patients were cured or improved in 75 cases (81.52%), no deaths were followed up for 3 months to 5 years, a good rate of 46.07%, light residual rate of 41.57% ,severe disability rate of 12.35% .Conclusion:The innovative surgical hospital positioning method in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage, its minimal surgical trauma, simple operation, with a short time, less complications, old age, poor physical condition of patients can tolerate surgery. That the stereotactic technique is an effective treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgical methods.更多还原
