不同处理对思茅松采穗母株萌条数量及扦插成活率的影响

【摘要】 对思茅松采穗母株喷施不同浓度的赤霉素、高锰酸钾和磷酸二氢钾的试验结果表明,所用试剂对思茅松母株的萌条数量提高存在差别,各处理在12个月时,以采穗母株上喷施清水或浓度0.2‰的KMnO4效果较好,但差异不显著。不同基质、激素浓度、穗条类型的思茅松扦插L9(34)正交试验结果表明,穗条类型对扦插的影响最大,基质次之,激素浓度最小,最佳组合为A2B3C1。

【Abstract】 Experiments were designed and conducted to study the effects of spraying gibberellin,KMnO4 and KH2PO4 on sprout producing of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis scion mother trees.The results indicated that spraying mother tree with water and KMnO4 of 0.2% had good effects,however the differences with other treatments were not significant.The results of orthogonal experiments including medium,chemical and scion type showed that scion type had the most significant effect on cutting experiment,next came medium and chemical concentration.The optimum combination was A2B3C1.
