【摘要】 对云南省澄江县引种的杰兔、粉蓝、园蓝、灿烂4个兔眼蓝莓品种果实的外观性状及物质含量进行了测定,进而对其果实的综合营养品质进行了评价。结果表明:4个兔眼蓝莓品种扁球形为小果型,单果重小于1 g。果实中蛋白质、总糖、总酸、Vc、可溶性固形物、水分、纤维素的含量变幅依次为251.89~531.18 mg/100g、5.76~8.03 g/100g、0.08%~0.13%、3.75~5.40 mg/100g、14.8%~16.6%、81.38%~82.75%、7.91%~15.30%,矿质元素P、K、Ca、Mg、S、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn含量较丰富。不同品种间,果实中营养成分含量差异明显。果实综合营养品质最好的品种是杰兔,最差的是园蓝。更多还原

【Abstract】 The appearance quality and matter contents of four rabbit eye blueberry cultivars named Jietu,Fenlan,Yuanlan and Canlan introduced in Chengjiang county of Yunnan province were determined,based on the determination results,the nutrient qualities of these introduced blueberry were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that all the four cultivars had spheroid and small fruit,with the single fruit weight lower than 1 g.The contents of protein,total sugar,total acid,vitamin C,soluble solid,water and cellulose were 251.89~531.18mg/100g,5.76~8.03g/100g,0.08%~0.13%,3.75~5.40mg/100g,14.8%~16.6%,81.38%~82.75% and 7.91%~15.30% respectively.The contents of mineral elements such P,K,Ca,Mg,S,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn were relatively rich.The nutrient contents varied with cultivars.The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that the best cultivar was Jietu,while the performance of Yuanlan is the last in the four cultivars.更多还原
