大青杨卫星搭载种子返地培育扦插苗的苗木生长及叶片光合特性的变化

【摘要】 2005~2008年在黑龙江朗乡林业局英山苗圃进行了大青杨的卫星搭载种子返地培育的扦插苗苗木高、径生长变化及苗叶光合特征变化的研究。连续4年的观察、研究结果表明:与未搭载种子相比大青杨卫星搭载种子返地育成的扦插苗,其苗木的苗高和地径的增长率增大;其无性系扦插苗叶片的净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)增大,但胞间CO2浓度(Ci)下降,PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)的变化不大,PSⅡ光合电子传递量子效率(ФPSⅡ)增加。

【Abstract】 We compared the height,diameter increment and photosynthesis of the leaves from seedlings of Populus ussuriensis to which their seeds without and carried back by space cruised satellite.Through 4 years’ observation,it showed that those seedlings from seeds without carrying back by the satellite,there were significant increment in seedling height and base diameter;and there were increment in net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and stoma conductivity(Gs),however the intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci)decreased.There was no significant change in PS II maximum photosynthesis rate(Fv/Fm),while the rate of PS II photosynthetic electronic(ФPSII) transmission increased.
