场序彩色LCoS智能伽玛矫正电路设计

【摘要】 基于数字控制的方式,设计了一种LCoS多模式智能伽玛矫正电路,可以集成到场序彩色LCoS显示芯片内,在系统CPU的控制下,能够独立编程设置RGB各子场的γ矫正曲线,并能够在系统工作过程中进行γ矫正的调节。采用了10位双电阻梯数模转换电路,具有输出电压精度高,电路结构简单,功耗低等特点。文章给出了电路的内部结构、软件流程和测试结果。测试结果表明,输出模拟电压在0~5V时,输出电压最大误差只有3mV。

【Abstract】 The circuit design of a multi-mode intelligent gamma correction for LCoS is introduced.It is based on the digital control method and can be integrated to the field sequential color LCoS chip.Under the control of the external CPU it has in-system programming feature and can be programmed independently to setup gamma correction curve of RGB sub-field.The circuit has adopted the 10bit dual resistor ladder D/A converter and has advantages of high voltage accuracy,simple circuit structure and low power consumption.The internal structure of the circuit,software flow and experimental results are described.Test results show that the maximum error of the output voltage is only 3mV when the output voltage range is 0to 5V.
