高层住宅桩基础施工质量事故的分析及处理
Analysis and Handling on Construction Quality Accident for Pile Foundation of High-Rise Building
【摘要】 某高层桩基础施工过程中出现质量问题,导致桩竖向极限抗压承载力大幅下降。笔者分析了质量事故的原因,在分析、计算和比较的基础上,采取了有效的修改方案,取得了良好的实施效果。
【Abstract】 The quality problem arisen during the construction process for a high-rise building’s pile foundation resulted in a substantial drop in the vertical allowable load capacity of the pile.After having analyzed the reasons of the quality accident,on the basis of analysis,calculation and comparison,the effective modified scheme has been taken and the favorable effect of implementation has been obtained.
