【摘要】 目的探讨正常输精管声像图特征及正常值。方法使用高频探头探查5例输精管阴囊段术前活体及术后离体标本,比较其声像图特征及内径、外径测值。使用高频探头探查50例正常男性双侧输精管阴囊段声像图表现,测量其外径及内径。结果超声可清晰辨认输精管阴囊段结构,其声像图表现具有特异性。输精管阴囊段管腔外径约(2.15±0.43)mm,内径(0.2～0.5)mm。结论超声能够准确显示输精管阴囊段,可作为输精管疾病的有效检查方法 。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore sonographic appearance and measurements of vas deferens.Methods 5 excised and intravital specimens of infrainguinal deferens were detected with a 13Mhz probe.Compare of with their sonographic appearance,internal diameter and external diameter.100 infrainguinal deferens of 50 normal persons were detected with a 13Mhz probe measuered their internal diameter and external diameter.Results Infrainguinal deferens could be clearly identified with ultrasonography and their sonographic appearance had specificness.The internal diameter of infrainguinal deferens was (0.2~0.5) mm and the external diameter was (2.15±0.43) mm.Conclusion Infrainguinal deferens can be exactly detected by ultrasonography.Ultrasonography shall be chosen as a active method for disease of the vas deferens.更多还原
