【摘要】 根据固体制剂工艺流程和生产操作特点,针对固体制剂净化车间生产中粉尘污染较多的情况,介绍了固体制剂车间布置的原则。并通过对车间布置、区域划分、工艺设备选型等多个方面的论述,从工艺布置设计的角度提出了避免固体制剂生产中粉尘污染的方法。同时为固体制剂车间的工艺布置提出了一些可行的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the process and features of solid dosage production,and with respect to the phenomena that the dust pollution exists in the production of solid dosage in the workshop,in this paper,the principles of the layout in solid dosage workshop was introduced. Through the description of the workshop layout,the area division and the selection of the equipment,the method of avoiding dust pollution in solid dosage production,from the view point of the process layout design,was presented. At the same times,some feasible proposals for the process layout of solid dosage workshop were provided.更多还原
