【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法:通过临床病理证实的28例甲状腺癌患者术前彩色多普勒检查结果进行分析。结果:甲状腺癌的彩色多普勒表现为甲状腺低回声包块,边界不清,血流增加,17例患者肿瘤内有微钙化。结论:彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断有很大的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the value of color Doppler diagnosis of thyroid cancer.Methods:28 pathologically confirmed thyroid carcinoma were analyzed by preoperative color Doppler examination.Results:Most of nodules in thyroid carcinoma by color Doppler ultrasonography were discribed as hypoechoic mass with boundary confusion,increased blood flow and the microcalcifications in the tumor of majority of patients.Conclusion:Color Doppler diagnosis of thyroid cancer have great value.更多还原
