载钴羟基磷灰石的合成、表征及抗菌性能研究

【摘要】 合成了载钴羟基磷灰石。利用红外光谱法对其进行了表征。抑菌环实验表明:载钴羟基磷灰石对大肠杆菌有较强的抑制作用,抑菌环直径约为17mm。

【Abstract】 Cobalt substituted hydroxyapatite was prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy. The result of bacteriostatic annulus test showed that, hydroxyapatite carrying Co2+(Co-HAP) had strong antibacterial ability on E. coli. The ring diameter size for E. coli was 17 mm.
