【摘要】 目的了解鲁西南欠发达地区农村学龄前留守儿童与非留守儿童体质状况,为留守儿童的健康成长提供帮助。方法随机抽取鲁西南地区3～6岁留守儿童402名,非留守儿童398名,根据《2005年国民体质监测工作手册》要求,进行形态指标、生理功能指标和素质指标的测定。结果在身体形态方面,3～6岁男性非留守儿童均明显优于留守儿童;3岁女童没有明显差异,4岁、6岁女童均是非留守优于留守,5岁儿童除身高差异有统计学意义外,其余差异均无统计学意义。在身体机能方面,除5岁非留守男童心率高于留守男童(P<0.05),其余年龄差异均无统计学意义。在身体素质方面,除4～6岁女童立定跳远非留守组高于留守组外,女童其他素质指标和男童素质指标均是留守优于非留守或差异均无统计学意义。结论非留守儿童形态指标优于留守儿童。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the physical condition between left-behind children and non left-behind children in Shandong,and help the left-behind children grow up healthily.Methods Totally 402 left-behind children and 398 non-left-behind children were sampled randomly in the southwest of Shandong.Their morphological indices,physiological function and physical constitution were measured according to the standard of 2005.Results On the physical morphological indices,left-behind children were better than non-left-behind ones,except 4-year-old and 6-year-old girls.On the physical function,no significant difference was found except heart rate of 5-year-old boys.On the physical constitution,left-behind children were better than non-left-behind children except stand-jumping in 4-6 year old children.Conclusion For all the indices,the left-behind children are better than the non-left-behind children.更多还原
