【摘要】 [目的]了解辖区内二、三级医疗机构传染病网络直报的质量。[方法]对辖区内二、三级医疗机构进行全覆盖调查。[结果]辖区内二、三级医疗机构传染病总的漏报率为2.74%,传染病疫情报告的及时率为99.26%,纸质传染病报告卡填写的完整率为86.07%。网络录入报告卡上关键指标与纸质传染病报告卡上相应指标的一致率为95.98%。[结论]辖区内二、三级医疗机构传染病疫情报告工作还存在一定的问题,需进一步加强传染病疫情报告管理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the quality of notifiable infectious diseases reporting in district grade\city grade general hospitals in Xuhui District. [Methods] A survey was conducted in all district, city general hospitals in Xuhui District. [Results] An average missing reporting rate was 2.74%, timeliness rate 99.26%, and completeness rate of items in the reporting card was 86.07% in the all district, city grade general hospitals in Xuhui District. In addition, consistency rate of key items in the electronic cards compared with those in the paper cards was 95.98%. [Conclusion] There are some problems about notifiable infectious diseases reporting in all district, city general hospitals in Xuhui District, and it should strengthen, management of notifiable infectious diseases reporting.更多还原
