【摘要】 目的探讨胆道探查阴性的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析13例胆道探查阴性的病例资料,术中发现因肿大的淋巴结压迫胆总管致黄疸者2例,因胆总管结石已从肠道排出4例,因胆囊内细小结石已从粗大的胆管系统排出者2例,Mirizzi综合征5例。结果术后T管引流通畅,术后3周行T管造影未见异常,拔管治愈。结论提高术前综合诊断水平及术中B超、术中扪诊技术,尤其是经术中胆囊管胆道造影检查是预防胆道探查阴性的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the reasons of the negative results in common bile duct exploration.Methods A retrospective analysis of 13 cases of negative bile duct stone exploration was applied.There were 2 cases caused by the pression from the turgescent lymph node,6 cases caused by the discharge of the stones,and 5 caused by the Mirizzi’s syndrome.Results All the cases received the bile drainage by the trans-common bile duct T tube.And it showed no abnormal from the T tube cholangiography 3 weeks after operation.Conclusion It is the key points to raise the level of preoperative comprehensive diagnosis,the intraoperative type-B ultrasonic observation and the intraoperative palpable technology,especially the intraoperative cystic duct cholangiography for the prevention of negative results in common bile duct exploration.更多还原
