【摘要】 对足球比赛中场休息时"二次热身"的必要性和具体应对措施进行了探讨,以期在训练和比赛中对教练员和球员有所帮助.

【Abstract】 This article studies the necessity of the "second warm-up" on the football game halftime and the specific response hoping to help couches and players in training and competition.
